These Terms of Use apply to the Rock Paper Print website (the “site”). “We”, “us” and “our” mean Rock Paper Print.
Using the site
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. The site is meant for adults, such as teachers, parents and homeschoolers, and is not directed to children under 13.
Using the printables
What you may do with the sheets you download is set out in our License. In short: free for personal, classroom and work use; selling and redistributing need our permission. If these Terms and the License differ on the use of the printables, the License applies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape or copy the site’s pages, images or files with automated tools;
- download files in bulk or with scripts, bots or download managers;
- try to get around download limits, rate limits or other protections;
- interfere with the site or its security, for example by overloading it, probing it for weaknesses or introducing malicious code;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the sheets, PDFs, images, text, design, logo and the Rock Paper Print name, belong to Rock Paper Print and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from what the License allows, you may not copy, change, distribute or sell them without our written permission. Some elements, such as fonts, are used under their own licenses and belong to their owners.
No warranty
The site and all sheets are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free service.
Printers and PDF viewers can scale what they print (settings like “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit”), so a printed sheet may not match its stated measurements. Before you rely on a sheet for precise work, print it at 100% or “Actual size” and check the measurements with a ruler.
Limitation of liability
Rock Paper Print is a free service. The sheets and the site are provided as is, without any promise of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or availability, and you use them at your own risk.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the sheets, including errors, wrong measurements, lost data, time, paper or ink.
If the law doesn’t allow us to exclude liability entirely, our total liability is limited to US$10.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
Links to other sites and ads
The site shows ads served by Google and may link to other websites. We don’t control those ads or sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. An ad on the site is not an endorsement. Our Privacy Policy explains how ads use cookies.
Changes
We may change, add or remove sheets and other parts of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
