Every sheet on Rock Paper Print is free to print and use, including at work. This page explains what that covers. In short: print and copy as many as you need, but don’t sell them, re-upload them or pass them off as your own.
You can
Print and copy the sheets, as many times as you need, for:
- yourself and your family;
- your classroom or school;
- homeschool groups and co-ops;
- paid tutoring or therapy sessions;
- workshops and classes you run;
- your business’s own internal use, such as planning or note pages for your team.
- your own students on a private, password-protected class platform such as Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, Seesaw or Microsoft Teams, to print or complete digitally.
You don’t need to ask us first for any of these.
You can’t without a license
- Sell the sheets or products made from them: printed packs, digital downloads, or listings on Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers and similar marketplaces.
- Use them as the interior pages of a notebook, journal or book you sell, including Amazon KDP low-content books.
- Re-upload or republish our files or images anywhere public: another website or app, a public drive or folder, a file-sharing service, a social media group, or a platform where other teachers can download them.
- Download in bulk or with automated tools such as scripts, scrapers or bots.
- Remove the Rock Paper Print name from a sheet, or claim the sheets as your own.

Sharing
Handing out printed copies is fine, and so is posting a sheet to your own students on a private class platform. When you share a sheet with anyone else online, such as other teachers, parents or a group, link to its page on Rock Paper Print instead of sharing the file. A link always leads to the latest, corrected version, and it helps other teachers and parents find the site.
Commercial license
