Presets

Bingo type
Grid

3 × 3 for preschool and kindergarten, 5 × 5 for everyone else.

Each player’s name prints on their own card; names stay on this device.

Cards per page

The same set number and list give the same cards, so a lost card can be printed again. Each card shows its number.

Print size

Standard text is large and bold, shrinking only as far as the longest word needs; Compact is smaller and regular weight; Large print uses heavy lines and the biggest type, for seniors and low vision.

Color

Made for: Teachers, Parents, and Homeschool

How it works

  1. Pick a preset or a bingo type. Numbers 1–75 for a classic game, your own words, learning bingo (one “question = answer” per line, such as 7 × 8 = 56), “Find someone who…” squares for the first week of school, pictures for players who can’t read yet, or a theme list you can edit.
  2. Set up the cards. Choose the grid, the free space, a title, how many cards (or paste player names for one named card each) and how many go on a page; large print puts one bold card on each page. The preview arrows step through the whole PDF.
  3. Download the PDF and print. Every card is shuffled differently and numbered. Add the calling sheet, calling slips to draw from a hat, a 75-number caller board and marker circles to cut out. Print at 100% (“Actual size”) on US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4 [210 × 297 mm]: free, no sign-up, no watermark.

Tips for a good game

  • Teachers: make review day a game. Type the questions and answers once (vocabulary, math facts, dates); the cards show only the answers, so students have to work out each one before they mark it. The calling sheet lists the answer next to each question for checking a win.
  • Teachers: paste your class list and every student gets a card with their name on it, ready to hand out. The list stays on this device and never goes into the page address or the settings link.
  • Everyone, how many words? A 5 × 5 card with a free space needs 24, a 4 × 4 card 16 and a 3 × 3 card 8. With exactly that many, every card holds the same words in a different order and many players win at once; 35 to 45 make a 5 × 5 game last.
  • Parents: a party in ten minutes. Pick the Christmas party preset or a theme list, print 2 cards per page in ink only, and use the calling slips as the caller’s hat.
  • Activity leaders: the large-print preset prints one bold 1–75 card per page with heavy lines, plus a caller board to cover each number as you call it.
  • Callers, keep the set number. When a player calls “Bingo!”, the card number and the calling sheet are all you need to check the win. Enter the same set number later to print the same cards again.
  • Everyone, color without the ink bill: cards print ink only by default; a light tint or a free-space pattern in any of 16 crayon colors (or your own) dresses them up.
